Here's the info I'm sending to everyone regarding the kissing booth and auction for the party tomorrow. If you think you know someone who is "on the fence" about participating, maybe this will help. Feel free to pass this on.

Kissing Booth sign-up is first come-first serve. If you get there afterwards, you can sign up for whatever 1/2 hour slots are open. See Madame Sarabella!

Auction sign-up begins at 11pm

HOW DOES THE KISSING BOOTH WORK?
Sign up with Sarabella. Slots from 11-Midnight are taken and there are performances from midnight to 1am. If you are in the auction, then you will be busy from 1am-2am with whomever bought you, so you would have to be in the kissing booth after 2am.

HOW DOES THE AUCTION WORK?
At 11pm you sign up with Lloyd Floyd (our gregarious MC) and give him a few words to help sell your services. If you are auctioned for more than $5, we will give you $5 back as your "cut" and so that your entry to the party is free. We will not have a guest list because we do not want the administrative responsibility of chasing down errant auctionees who want to get in free and skip out on the work. Maybe we'll do that for a military type party with a court martial and dominatrixes. Anyway....
This is not an S&M type slave auction. So, you are being sold for an hour as a personal host/hostess. This is a geisha/parlor type hostess who makes the buyer feel charming and special. That's all we ask. The rest is up to you. Be creative. Take them around the block. Read poetry. Blindfold them and put stuff in their mouths. We don't care and they get what they pay for.
Basically, you just have to be nice to someone for an hour. Make them feel like they're interesting, etc. At the end of your hour, you can renegotiate for yourself if you got lucky, or you can look at your watch and rudely cut them off because you are done working!
